Hey Thomas, i would look into getting a multifamily, self storage or mobile home park.

My question is, since I can’t put the property under an LLC, how can I protect my self from being sued by a tenant in a property that’s under my name!!

My husband and I are wanting to purchase our first property as an investment in Grand RapidsEither multi-unit, live in one unit rent out the other(s).

We are embarking on a construction project to build a 6 units onto a piece of land(30 yr fixed loan).  

Buy a multi-family (MF) property, live in one unit, and rent out the rest.

I'm reaching out for some guidance or leads on potential lenders who could assist me with a cash-out refinance for a 6-unit property in South Georgia.

I got some contractors for you if you are looking to get into a flip but before that you really need to educate your self on the market.
