Comps were used that were from 2021 when prices were considerably lower in my area and the income/expense information I provided was not correctly used making it look like the income was 1/6 less than what it is.

Investor friendly title companies can also help you, and sometimes they provide contracts they have used. 

My neighbor said he thought there might be a free government provided service but he can't remember the name.   

If there is no information provided about financing, you can reach out to the listing agent or home seller to inquire if owner financing is an option.

Does anyone know of a direct mail list provider that can filter by lot coverage?
