I am planning to buy a land and build a cabin - any reputable builder someone can recommend. extra points, if you have used them and can share a bit more details

With this in mind, should I do a cash out refi on the property in order to buy another property now or should I try to pay it off quicker and add equity, or do nothing at all?

We are both residential appraisers working the NE Florida markets looking to transition over the LONG term to replacing our modest annual income through small/mighty single-family by buying in the path of progress where prices appear to be somewhat undervalued relative to long-term upside potential.

Not sure if someone has mentioned this buy why not provide a bike rack and then have signs posted in the laundry room saying it isn't for storage and by the bike rack that says they are leaving it their at their own risk?

Looking to get into buy and hold properties (multi families pref).
