Some guy was parking his truck, LLC said they don't know that guy and he's in jail.

I am curious if anyone has experience with cellular concrete in any capacity; e.g. residential construction, parking pads, concrete floors, insulated walls/floors, geodesic domes, ADUs, etc.  

I was also wondering how is the rental market in the Suburbs like ; Palatine, Wheeling, Hanover Park etc.?

And should there be any slowing down of the single family market, commercial assets, particularly in sectors such as multifamily, self storage, and mobile home parks, tend to be less correlated to the market sentiment, thereby further insulating investors from market downturns.

I have not personally worked with them but in my initial discussions with them I had a great experience with Park National Bank in downtown Newark OH. 

My investor is looking for a solid, dependable and quality PM, to manage a couple of units on the north side (Rogers Park).

In fact, any time information is shared regarding any of the seven protected classes: race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and familial status it gets scary quick.  

Also- there are private lenders will allow foreign nationals to invest in the US.

Any recommendations for a national lender?  

Otherwise, there was a company that worked on a quote for our park that was willing to do a Phase 2.
