Hello all, new to the boards here, I have a question re my IRA and tax penalty -  did a 50K draw (60 day rollover) from my IRA (Traditional) to cover some credit card debt and medical bills and had planned to redeposit it within the 60 days to avoid the penalty by using a HELOC & applied at my bank. 

Medical Payments:   Provides coverage for an injury suffered on the premises. 

I cash-flow about 600/month because of Master's Rentals and furnished mid term rental market here for medical professionals. 

I use Christian Healthcare Ministries which is a medical bill sharing plan.

These can be car payments, credit cards, student loans, medical bills, etc.

Obviously I'll need to find work in the new area.Reasonably-close access to good medical care.

If you belong to the order, they provide living quarters (the convent), employment (you don't get a paycheck but you're provided a job), and the order provides food and medical.

You can certainly revise that, you don't want someone in there that can get by on a grand a month really, GMI of 2800....I'd not go more than 50% as an elderly type might not have nuch at all besides food, medical and utilities,say if they don't drive.

During that time we have done projects from SFR, Small PUD Office Parks, Residential subdivision, Office Buildings, Office/Retail Condos, Medical office space, etc.
