In my opinion, i dont think the price can get lower than now which means that from here they will slightly start going up, I reckon it might be very slow, but unless you are in a hurry to sell, i think it can be a very good investment with the years; by now, apart from enjoying the great enviroment and food here, you can also rent it, in high season you can get really good money by renting to foreigners (especially English and Nordics) that follow the spanish sun even in winter!

I mean if you checked/changed the air filters and it/they were built up solid with dust and debris that could definitely aid in burning out a capacitor, but they do take time to burn out.

Well it seems like you could just let them out of the lease, but then you have turnover costs, including time on market to find a new renter- meaning you're going to absorb loss is possibly because of this.

It's that lightbulb moment where you realize that even after paying the surcharge to pay a mortgage with a card, you still earn positive cashback, making your net interest rate on your mortgage effectively a negative percentage. 8% cashback - 3.5% pay by card surcharge = 4.5% free money, and considering my mortgage interest rate is 2.75, that effectively means I pay no mortgage interest and still earn 1.75% free cashback.And the best part is that this passive cashback is generally speaking not treated as taxable income.

I've found it to be darn near indestructible.No matter which you use, make sure to keep an extra box of tile when you're done, just in case you need to make repairs down the line.
