It's a great tool if you know the name of the owner, it's pretty easy to see what the original mortgage amount was and if they have a heloc.

"Cold Calling" and "Door Knocking" are BOTH important tools in the arsenal.Cold calling covers more ground, but at the end of the day nothing beats touching palms with someone!
