We all dream of living down the road from our friends, but perhaps we should also be creating a new ones; and building those relationships as well.I'm aware these ideas aren't inherently unique or different to this housing model, but they aren't being effectively implemented across the neighborhood or multi-family space.

My guess is that I'm not the only introvert looking to get started in this business.There are a TON of great ideas on this post and I've already started looking at / implementing a few of them.  

But, if you look to seller financed paper, there are no such expectations and those notes are not subject to the same provisions being implemented.

Deep diving into a specific market to learn its nuances is critical to implementing a "code breaking" strategy that will allow an investor to find the right deals and make some serious money both on appreciation and cash flow.

Can you use a VA loan for implementing the BRRRR strategy?

Based on the limited information we have, it appears that this park is mismanaged and has great potential for upside with the proper implementation of effective systems.  

@Alex Deacon I agree but I'm trying to implement a cost effectiveness strategy to find more deals while also running my mail campaign to find deals.Down the road,  I'm looking to have a VA do all the cold calls for me.
