If he is based in CA and he found a property in NY that we partners on, I don't know if he spent money on airplane fare to find the deal or if he stayed in a hotel to check the property out, or how much is his cellphone bill or how much is his internet bill.I have my own overhead like office space, internet, gas for my car and my Virtual Assistant in India.

When I met her I attempted to bond over philosophy (her profession, my major) and mutual social connections - and not let her realize that I have real assets for as long as I possibly could.I must admit I took some evil pleasure in "corrupting" a woman who was practically a communist feminazi professor when I met her - and making her annoyed at herself when she realized that she was just as vulnerable to enjoying a few material pleasures (good wine, nice hotels, skiing, riding in my MBZ instead of her Hyundai) as any other human.I don't see her telling me I should sell our family's ski condo and donate the money to charity!

People that are attached to their property or can't sell for breakeven or better are going to Airbnb.com to rent for short term to tourists for a lot more money per Day, but, that falls under the Hotel rules and they are strict and don't keep the cash and not declare.
