We were transferred to Andersen AFB in 1999 where we survived typhoon Chattan and typhoon Ponsonga before being transferred back to Yokota AFB in Japan in 2003.

It's not a great return because a relatively large numbers of those are a surviving spouse and I haven't received any calls from any of those leads.

I'm not saying that sometimes a deal doesn't slip through the cracks but it would be very rareMy guess is that deal was the HOA foreclosing due to unpaid fees and there were liens that would survive the HOA foreclosure

This varies from state to state and often time even more so county to county; there are some liens that survive an auction so be sure to do due diligence prior to an auction.
