I am managing 13 doors locally in the Berwyn market, and I am working on acquiring more.

Each side is 3 bed, 2 bath, with a 2 car garage.

The owner of the home next door to ours passed away about a year ago and had no estate from what I can tell.

What’s the next step I should do I want the property bit done want to go past 45k a building next door went for 33k

Im getting 50/50 on that question which drives me away from buying anything right now lol and now im understanding that SFR (single family rentals) owning and renting just one door is a bad idea for investing and also not as much cash flow etc.

@Brandon Turner why do you not have 1000 doors you have the connections and you have the knowledge there is no reason for it.

This house had a car lift in the garage because the dad worked on cars.
