Same for Naples to Fort Myers, the gap between Fort Myers and Tampa is closing quickly.

Speaking of VSU, the tri-cities area of Petersburg, Hopewell, and Colonial Heights is also a good place to look considering the proximity to Fort Lee and the numerous industrial/manufacturing employers in that area. 

Hi, My husband and I are working towards buying a Triplex/Quadplex at the end of this year and I want to get in contact with a lender in the Fort Myers area to possibly have a sit down with and get our duck in a row.

Looking to get started in the value add buy and hold rental market, looking for locals in the Fort Bragg area.

I am hesitant because it seems too dependent on the Fort hood base.  

I have an inspector who I give lots of biz too in Fort Woreth and he does my full duplex (both sides) for $250 each, but that is an extreme discount for a duplex, but would be fair for an SFR.My opinion, look to another inpsector.

There are some areas in Alexandria and Springfield that are prime for rentals because of the proximity to Fort Belvoir.
