This is why Mike Huckabee has my vote...The fair tax plan is genious IMO, tax the citizens on what we buy, not what earn!

its unlikely for many bases to close in the US because it becomes a political game and no Congressman is going to let a base close ...they will fight as long as they can because they lose votes and jobs if they let it close...all politics
