@Charles WorthMy point is that for some people, it doesn't matter if they are renting or buying, some will take care of the property others will not.I've seen several examples where people got a free and clear house for free, such as inheritance, have abused the house and ended up losing it in either mortgage or tax foreclosure.I've been in I don't know how many foreclosed properties.
