You can concentrate on starting your business and finding your main team members that do not need customization.  

Their customer service and overall product was terrible at best.

@Doreen Chaisson have you had one of your customers who's doing one or two rehabs a year, not paying UBIT get audited? 

Banks expect more loyalty from their customers than they give in return.

If they're not willing to come down on their price, I wouldn't waste the time or energy pursuing them further.
