Any other title co will likely take more time  - even then, most searchers will take 2 or 3 days just to prepare the abstracts or the PR's necessary to even get a title commitment.

Until that is completed you have no commitment to anyone and can eliminate either of both at that time.If you are not screening you are not operating a business.

Im very excited to get out into the field and plan on committing basically every single day of the next 2-3 months too build my reputation and start generating clientele.

The thing is that there are more than one dozen ways to succeed in real estate investing, but whatever way you choose decide to become an expert in that area of investing, a real professional, smart, savvy, timely, and committed. 

Ask about putting the house in an irrevocable trust for your mother.Seeing this through is going to take time and financial commitment from both you and your mother.

@Abraham Anderson Definitely get all your numbers together before you commit.

Plan on making a commitment to mail at least once a month for a minimum of six months. 

I see this is a commitment that similar to a long-term relationship, so if I am not feeling it in my gut, then I generally don’t proceed.
