That would all depend on how much money you have already, your plans and how to diversify your portfolio, how many years to your retirement, if you have a regular job or have to live on real estate deals etc.No way to give a broad answer.

Speaking and attending RE club meetings also brought exposure and contacts with those with capital, although many are hard money lenders, some are private lenders.Website and internet presence is also something you should look at.

For instance a buyer might see something somewhere on the internet and then try to contact the seller directly or talk the broker and then call the owner directly after saying they were not interested.So it is entirely possible that this buyer said the found you directly but actually found you through mean of the broker.
