You can do this by networking with others in the industry such as mobile home park managers and/or owners, mobile home dealerships, local mobile home supply stores, contractors who specialize in working on mobile homes, talking to other investors who invest in mobile homes in your area, and talking to residents who own and rent mobile homes in the area.

Texas's largest grocery store HEB limiting hours to slow the runs on supplies.If there are layoffs, or failed businesses, this is going to be hard on those who work with the public (fast food, retail, salons, etc...), and that will trickle up the economy to Landlords for sure.I suppose we will see the welfare roles go up for a short time.

Not necessarily - mortgage rates are based more on the number of applications - refi and new loans - if people are still buying we may not see a drop.
