I've been using the same Realtor to view my potential properties and then if I like the property, I'd submit my offer through the Realtor.What I'm curious is:Do Realtors provide a comparable property analysis if asked?

I did a quick fundamental analysis in my head and all the numbers seemed to work out and we proceeded with a bid.

A week ago I was experimenting with exporting all of the sold listings over the past year to determine areas to invest in, so I'm pretty comfortable with data mining and that sort of analysis.

I've recently learned how to do a property analysis, still need to learn a lot more though.I'm meeting up with a group of investors this Thursday in San Jose to network and build some relationships.
