I saw the place as well but a lot of the problems were hidden such as the 'mold damage' hidden under three levels of rugs the tenant had put over it then covered with furniture so neither I nor the inspectors caught it.J-The tenant is month to month at this point, three months have passed since the initial one year lease.

If your house is valued at $280,000 (and I believe it to be north of $250,00 based on my knowledge and experience in the area) and you are being foreclosed on for $100,000 why don't you at least try to sell it?
