Nice @Shaun Reilly I was thinking the same thing (well, I'm not a cash buyer.....yet)I'd check out east of the city, along 290, 20, 9, I forget what's north of 290 by 495.

If your house is valued at $280,000 (and I believe it to be north of $250,00 based on my knowledge and experience in the area) and you are being foreclosed on for $100,000 why don't you at least try to sell it?
