If I ever got tired of using it as a vacation home it translates easily into a regular profitable long term rental, or because I bought in a neighborhood with low HOA and attractive to home buyers, and paid a reasonably low price/sf, I also have a good sales exit strategy.

I was surprised the other day on FB I saw a lady make a post for her neighborhood and just said something like I need a job that is 1st shift and pays at least $26/hr...that's what I make now, but working 12hrs a day/6days a week at Frito Lay and I'm tired...just want to work 8hrs in the morning.
