I do agree w/ @Aman S. on variables to consider and believe that metering of units is a big factor in pricing becuase of the ability to minimize variability in your expenses.

These loans can have as little as 0-5% down payment requirements, so you can stretch that fledgling war-chest as far as possible.Honestly I tend to agree with @Benjamin Seibert and @Thomas S., recommending that you keep practicing your underwriting while aggressively building up your war-chest.

@Michael S. -- I believe I would only be making payments if I had pulled money out from the line (its an LOC, not a loan)  Otherwise it's just considered a big credit card, with no debt on it.
