Lending will ease, though it may take a while.As a buyer, I worry that the number of REOs available will decrease and their prices will increase, since the banks now have an alternative buyer for their bad loans.As an individual investor, I'm concerned that large companies will end up being the ones to get the properties from the fed entity that's yet to be created.

I can't really see bringing manufacturing back, mainly because we are used extremely low cost of goods and nobody will work as cheap as the Chinese, Indians, etc.However, I do see America creating a totally new mini economy like we did with the Internet.

Of course if i wanted to get through no-money, it would have to be extremely fast, but i don't that's likely at the current time.Also, is there a way to invests by just getting buildings under contract, getting the zoning changed, and then selling your option?
