Hello everyone,I was wondering what most of you real estate investors would consider the "ideal" number of properties to be able to quit your job and live comfortably without having the NEED to pick up another property.

Then they try to sell a home with an unreasonable ARV and rehab estimate and wonder why they can't sell their 'deal'.One way to get better is to get a rehabber to come with you to estimate the job.

Splitting the home with my siblings makes me wonder exactly how it would work.

I agree that there are a bunch of knowledgable people and wonderful resources on BP.

With both homes being on the same street guess what will happen to the value of both properties if 1 garbage collecting renter moves between your two wonderful properties.
