When we replaced the siding with a permit he re-appeared & the guys I had doing the job literally bolted, so I assume they had a run in with him before. they completed all the siding the following weekend.

So the goal should be to get full time as fast as possible by dedicating their evenings and weekends to their skills and prospecting. 

This weekend starts Memorial Day so plenty of sales happening.

Good thing we have a 3 day weekend so nothing will be happening until next business day, let me think about what i can do if i do not find anything i will just have to cancel the deal.

Cash or electronic transfer is as wild as it has gotten for me.I take that back I did barter a weekend at our vrbo for a big discount on hardwood floor refinishing at our vrbo.

A couple of millennials we know told us that to avoid their condo common pool area & party room they will rent a nice Airbnb suburban home for a weekend to chill in the pool & have a dinner party/BBQ with just a few close friends.

The job should be completed on Monday then we will need to post the no trespassing signs moving forward.The commune will still be there over the weekend so we offered to pay them another $100 again on Monday for whatever else they can bring to the lawn near the parking lot.They one thing that is super hard to deal with is that we know they are shooting up with needles.

I’m off on the weekends and most evenings.
