Not sure if you would have time during the week or if a weekend might be better.

I'm Joe, a 27 yo pharmacy manager who is looking to get into rental properties to aid in my pursuit of generational wealth (...well that... and pharmacists salaries are projected to decrease year by year, dropping already from 55/hr to 46/hr in 1 year...).I grew up helping my dad with his rental properties, he self-managed them all and I loved spending weekends learning new things with him and my other brothers and sisters.

We could get there pretty easily each weekend. 3.

Visiting for an extended weekend on business, but would appreciate any advice!

I was there this weekend and really love the area.  

It was a weekend so only 1 Property manager was not so primidone to meet us on a weekend. 

You can either hire a real estate agent to market, show, and screen tenants for you (usually for 50% of the first month's rent), or just use something like RentPrep to do all credit and background checks and host an open house or two during the weekends. 

I was just out in Oakley and Antioch this past weekend showing properties and this very subject came up.

Billings is second since it is close enough that I could run over there in the evening (depending on road conditions) and on weekends.

They are going to inspect this weekend.
