Which will only continue to drive up prices over in Indiana.There was so much money pumped into the economy during COVID that inflation is just going to continue to rise and it will be harder and harder for newer investors to get into real estate.Anyways I am no expert, that's just my opinion based on my understanding of the heavy influx of money.
