Have you ever had your assistant buy the signs at some stores near him or do you always buy the signs online and ship them to him????

I’m working on wholesaling a residential property that is classified as commercial store/office mixed use and is zoned I-G.

We don't have basement here in Texas so normally it's stored in garage or laundry room. 

Recently I had to evict 3 commercial tenants on a warehouse i just bought in Florida.

I bought a 1.3 acre IWD parcel in 2018, built a 15k sf warehouse in 2019. 

I would suggest the bundle packages at the big box stores that will give you the best deal, also you can put it on our card and not pay interest for 12 months!
