But, that said, one method I've used to drive traffic to my site is to share links to my posts on various linkedin forums.

I'm really starting to feel confident of real estate, but I don't want to overextend myself and make a mistake that's not recoverable.I tried to give you a vote, but apparently I've given you too many already!  

I am curious, how many properties do you currently own by using this method? 

The lack of knowledge screams in that question, what kind of property is it, how are you structuring the deal, are you aware of state requirements, disclosures required, is you method legal under licensing laws?
