In my opinion too many first time syndicators & individual buyers got burned in the last gold rush because they did not have someone on their side and solely relied on the listing ( sellers ) broker to provide them with the information.

This is regulated in our smoke/CO detector form.The forms from Wisconsin Legal Blanks are the gold standard here, inexpensive and they have been tested in the courts for decades and are always updated when state law changes (or Milwaukee County law).However, many tenants will just remove the battery or the detector alltogether.

Please note I encourage the use of LLC's they are vitally important in your business.As to the DOS yes this most likely would not happen but with a LT you would not even have to worry about it anyways. ( Reference: Garn St Germain Act of 1982 Section 8a).
