If you are looking for high level analysis you probably won't find it in a forum post, you might look on Upwork.com and see if you can find someone who specializes in the area of analysis you are interested in and is willing to take on a temporary side job for a fee.

@Matthew Paul,I understand the concern--I've heard similar from trusted confidants that I've shared my plans with.

This standard seems high, since the PM may have some negligence (i.e. failure to maintain walkways, etc.) that doesn't rise to the level of gross negligence. 

Never trust someone's analysis who isn't an experienced investor AND/OR has vested interest in selling the property. 

As for the existing LLC, he is represented by his trust in the LLC. 

I am using a high level professional with a good reputation but I am concerned they are just too busy and the underlings don't get it done right.For those that have complicated returns what is the accepted amount of material errors to see in a tax return? 

It isn't bad or good, it all depends on a persons goals and level of involvement, or lack of involvement, that they want.
