A contact of mine who owns self-storage, medical offices, and apartments has structured two of his smaller self-storage this way.

I've listed the home with signs on a well traveled highway as well as craigslist.I would say my no-show is somewhere in the neighborhood of 80% or a little more. 

We also share a passion of travel and love venturing to Europe.

@Chad Urbshott  BUT you get free medical care.... however that's another discussion all together of the quality of care and how quick you can get certain procedures done if your not about to die :)

What's unbelievable to me is that personal finance is not required in college, kids get through medical school and law school or engineering without having a finance course!

@Glenn McCrorey  A Tv show then a  marketing company like Premier marketing out of Utah to create and run your travelling guru business... or as they put it their education business.All public figures do the same in some capacity..

The reason I can do this is because I have no family and since I travel for work I get per diem and paid housing on top of my salary.

The main challenge with that was that the escrow agent hadn’t sent their wire info and I was leaving the country the next day at noon but was able to do it online as I traveled.

Wisconsin just changed the law recently stating that we can throw away, sell, burn, donate, do whatever we want with the vast majority of items left behind (minus motor vehicles and medical stuff).
