Aside from cash flow (and getting other folks interesting in investing) it seems to me that their biggest problem is thin-slicing: ie, knowing enough about the business and the market to size up a situation and have the confidence to follow-through on a gut reaction.

(the house next to me sold for 275, even thow it is much larger and newer) but i am about half done renovating it and am looking to buy another when i sell this one, my question is i currently have 40k cash, should i save more maybe 60-90k before trying to tackle another, im looking to really get into this, and am hoping to find a higher end forclosure witch could yield more profit.

The scores it provided were dead on with the credit scores shown to me by the loan officer.The only problem I have with identityguard is that it updates your credit score only every 30 days, but then again, it cost less than $10 a month to use.Does anyone have another service they use which offers weekly or better credit scoring updates?

Numbers are very, very important, but for example's sake, it would not make a difference to me how great the numbers are, if the area was a "war zone" or other area in which I would not want to invest.
