I plan to short term it when I'm not living in it so I designed it with an additional vertical guest bed to the right of the living room and with extra dresser space in the bedroom in case of long term tenants.

What we are now experiencing in the short term rental market in post COVID hangover.

So how does one BEST get GOOD tenant's to ACT on a vacency listing FAST, and for BEST price and terms?   

Go to one of your banks that you have a mortgage with and get a debt consolidation loan with a two year term that allows prepayment and has a fixed rate.

Hello,As the title says, I have found some properties that look to work in terms of cashflow and rate of return but I've never actually purchased a property before.

Does anyone has experience working with "The Lender" to finance a short term rental property?

I think owner occupied primary home financing can be some of the most favorable terms out there, especially with the low down payment option.

I am not very familiar with the terms and details of a seller financing deals but given the property is not cash flowing, I think it's in my best interest to get at least my initial investment back.

My question would be how much noise are you up for and what are your longer term goals?
