If the market should fall out from under you then you'd likely be able to charge more for rents due to a myriad of factors that come into play when the housing market collapses.Again, not an expert, but I listen to them daily on the BP Podcast (https://www.biggerpockets.com/...).

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.
