@Thom SouleWhen i inherited tenants, they thought i was the property manager.. since i was younger- then I told them I bought the building and I think the best thing is to read the situation accordingly.

After reading about so many different ways or avenues of buy and hold, I think acquiring homes that I can turn to HUD/Section 8 and still cash flow is my more descriptive plan.

You do not have a contract.If I'm reading it wrong and you did not make a change to the contract, and you signed the offer that was sent to you by the seller, you have an executed contract.
