I'd love to give them a chance, but I can't afford to screw around with risks.

If they can only afford 1200 a month but they need 1400 per month and they won't consider going elsewhere than you are going to waste your time.Seller needs to be qualified over the phone as to having enough motivation before booking appointment.In Person: As Brian and the other experienced negotiators oftentimes say, it is important to get in front of these people.  

Almost anyone can afford a SFH but it takes an investor with lots of dollars and experience to purchase a 100 unit apartment complex.

I did two and a half semesters at TAMU-CC (computer science major/Business Management Minor),but I dropped out because I did not want to get a loan and that was the only way I could afford it.

I will always find deals I can't afford; it's actually executing on the deals that you afford can that makes the difference in your success.
