@Shane H. this is quite comical lol. i wonder what these people are suggesting to be the solution if youre going to "abolish all landlords". so what...should the government be your landlord?

After listening to another BP podcast recently, I would perhaps put some thought into seeing if there's some sort of creative solution if you did something completely different. 

I maybe wrong on some of these info, but I’m just following advice that I was given and open to more alternative solutions.

One solution would be for you to pay for a detailed appraisal.
