To put this in other terms, this area is an AA bond (AAA is the top), it won't have the greatest returns but you will have a great shot at getting those positive returns as it's a good area with good tenants.

I do see the connection and I have a pretty good imagination in sniffing out properties that would be worth following up.Often, a home may be pledged for bond, if they don't show up, the property is seized, sold at auction.

Any walls that are severely cracked, I will cover the entire wall with 90min Dura bond and 48in wide window screen for stability.
