My stance would be to stay with the current PMs policy.

It could be minor or no structural damage, and just a matter of staying current in termite treatments.

And then, you'd also want to stay diversified.

Admittedly, I'm pretty new at searching for general property details in any shape or form, so it would not surprise me if a search like this is super obvious and I can slap myself in the head.

The unit is a 2/1.5$77,500 asking price and stays booked 6-7 months a year solid and do have pre-bookings for off season as of right now.

The property is right across the street from a college and stays 100% leased all year at 700 a month each side.

As there was a mortgage, full title work was done by a local title company and there were no surprises found.

Some people stayed with family or got roommates, but ultimately no matter what happens to the economy, people need a place to live.
