Right below there is a table with the square footages that match those on the drawing and EPF is Enclosed Finished Porch, UTF is Utility Finished.Another county over has some similar drawings but the table pops up with the drawing BAS, FGR, FOP.

I have done this several times before so know what to do and have the equipment to do it myself including tractor with hole auger to dig the six foot hole and front end loader to help set the 25 foot poles (not exactly fun or really safe to balance and tip up, but it works).

@Bryan L.Our MLS uses List It.As of May 1 all of our listings will have to include square footage, but currently most listings do not have that info.

What I have noticed is that the taxes are SIGNIFICANTLY lower than Milwaukee, almost a 1/4 when looking at square footage per home.I currently own two duplexes in Milwaukee and would also be willing to entertain purchasing one in the N.
