Not that this is always indicative of heaving or moisture, but other signs can include cracked tiles or grout cracking in an otherwise good tile job, bulged wood flooring, corners of vinyl squares coming up, etc, especially if near a bath or kitchen sink.

If the semi's can all go down the highway two feet from each other you get a 20% reduction in fuel use on top of not needing to pay a driver and having 3x the available driving time from the semi.
