If there's neighbors on both sides, then they are probably in the street at the property.A 10,000 sq. ft. lot is a very nice size in heavily populated areas, and it could be that the lot could be split, etc.

Depending on the size of the job we will file a lien against the property after the contract is signed , and release it upon full payment .The base word of contractor is CONTRACT , a binding document , any contractor or customer that doesnt have one is a looking for problems

Hi Ryan,I would state asset class ( houses, multifamily, etc.) and size you are interested in knowing about.For example big difference between a single family house, versus a 4 unit quad, versus a 50 unit apartment building.

If the house was built in 2008 it should not need a new roof unless there was a softball size hail storm that punched holes in it.
