Hello, does any reader or viewer have any positive or negative feedback on underlayment called quiet walk.  

I see 3/1 SFH sit much longer, waiting for a tenant than a 3/2 does.

So I'm waiting for now and I think that I would have to sit for another month to close. 

As it sits, there are 7 townhouse style units with below market rent. 

Long story short she didn’t sell and is now sitting on a gutted house.

Suggest you sit down with them and get their advice.Regarding paying for ANY property expense - we run a PM company.

Then, when they have enough small batches they will aggregate them and take them to the post office where they will sit for a week to 10 days while the post office schedules them for delivery.

Anyway, in CT definitely seeing fewer properties coming on the market, sitting on the market longer, but certain niches seem to be moving such as starter homes.

Flood can be pricey, but if the property sits on a flood plane, I would definitely recommend getting this cover.

If you need to raise capital, keep in mind many investors are sitting on the side lines.
