Also another owner in the area recently had one single family house on the market with the option to buy her neighboring single family home for a slight discount if you buy both.

@Hadar Orkibi A 3 bed 2 bath single family house is around 250K in that area.The only value add part I see so far is to sub meter the water and let the tenants pay the water.

It could be a lot easier to get 1 loan rather than 6 mortgages and you get the added benefit of having to pay expenses and management on only a single property rather than multiple spread across a wide area.
