He and his partner have written a tremendously helpful book on this topic and can shed some light on various techniques to use.Also, for your properties, I would suggest looking into some value add programs, if you have not.

I kept my Lake Oswego home .. but shed Oregon income tax.. on income I make outside of Oregon.. in tax free states.we bought a lock and leave townhouse so we do have an HOA that is 400 a month all in.. which for what we get here is a little steep..

Some species of tree in my area have evolved to shed branches to avoid collapsing when we get ice storms.

I guess I’m just trying to figure out how much each type of contribution (money, knowledge, hustle, etc. ) is weighted so I can gauge my fair “chunk of the pie”.

Once I reached a level of personal liquidity that I felt comfortable with, I stopped giving much weight to the liquidity of my remaining investments.

It has shed some light on the "pre-work" required to get started as well as the due diligence needed.

Which are worth the weight in gold.
