Property is a 1990s build, really hasn’t been touched since original construction. 1200sf, 3br/1.5ba, 2 story.

I'm now doing a 2 story addition on a SFH and it's a ton of back and forth with the city.

Additionally have the second story flows from hallways for tenant access ingress and egress.

I got with a local developer who recommended I pay to have a market/rent analysis done, which I did, and it came back showing profitability of a 50-story, 500 unit multi-family tower that can go in on the site. 

Would love to hear your feedback and also any stories of your adventures like this. 

It's definitely a nightmare story for landlords.

You are saying the pay out from the lender is around seven days and you pay your guys weekly.

He is not the best landlord and has legal issues with his tenants at the moment.THE SITUATION:  We had been having a leak in our 2nd story unit of a 3 level townhouse. 

I've heard a few stories of people getting screwed in these foreclosure properties because they didn't do the research.
