The benefit of an agent is that they have experience, they can negotiate on your behalf without getting emotionally involved in the transaction, they provide a second set of eyes, etc.

Presumably, the big front room downstairs would be the master bedroom with separate exterior door; however, you have to pass through a living room and kitchen to get to the house's only bathroom!

@Kayhahn Alikhani Generally, it is best to separate rental activities from non-passive activities, like a real estate agency, flipping or wholesaling, into different LLCs.
