What were the actions that made a loan officer stick out as great and what were the action that made him seem to be a pain?

Rebecca,My advise is always to seek out Multiple Independent Agents.  

"pain and suffering", "future loss of enjoyment", "rehabilitation for the injuries" - 20 visits to the chiropractor who would need x-rays, MRI's to make sure there is no soft tissue damage, who the heck knows?!?
