It seems every where you turn, someone is pushing systems on foreclose deals down your neck, yet not warring of any legal issues behind it.

But the down fall is you are going to have to take care of relatives because you going to be pushing paper and making calls.

A lot of finger pointing with no definitive root-cause analysis.

A-class that pushes 1%/mo is a great deal in my area!

What type of content are they pushing out?

They have to have somewhere to live, and it's typically near educated people, pushing the "ghetto" people to other neighborhoods.

I'm bullish on this area mostly because I think it's such a great neighborhood myself, and just expect people to realize that as prices push them farther south.

Now this is also a double edge sword as when you're both the seller and the agent representing the home, the buyer agent might push you to lower the price knowing you're saving yourself the 3%.
